Our beautiful new St. Declan’s Pre-Primary Centre aptly name “ IN THE FOREST” gives our Grade RR and R learners the freedom to explore their environment in a safe, educational and fun way.
On our playground we encourage open-ended play with many loose parts in order to entice our learners to be creative!
Our wonderful eco friendly wooden classrooms have magnificent views of distant hills which enables us to bring the love of nature into our classrooms.
Time spent engrossed in sensory activities and interactive lessons gives our learners time to develop intricate skills like socialising, problem solving and decisions making while using their imaginations. Our team of passionate and caring teachers are constantly inspired to build on the concept of learning through play!
As you drive past our spacious playground, you will see learners playing on numerous wooden jungle gyms, pretending to be princes on top of the large castle or riding their bikes around our beautiful bike track! St. Declan’s Pre-Primary ECD centre is truly the one place where learners are “FREE TO BE”.
